Items eligible for returns or exchange

Items sold via shopalyssonsantos.com or our online affiliates, in original condition and with original packaging and tags, unworn and unwashed are solely eligible for a return or exchange within 10 days of shipment date from us to you.

Return or exchange request

After verification of your proof of purchase in our system, we will email you a return shipping label.

Return address

Please do not send your purchase back to Facebook, Instagram. Only return the item to us at the address provided on the original return shipment label: Alysson Santos Brands, 584 Castro street #490 San Francisco California US 94114-2512.

Refunds

If you have requested a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. That decision shall be at our sole discretion and is final.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, minus a processing fee of $10.00, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on Sale: only regular priced items may be refunded.
Items sold in our affiliates’ retail stores.

Exchanges

Items returned for an exchange are solely eligible if:
Received in original condition and with original packaging and tags, unworn and unwashed
The same item exists in the same fabric, and solely differs in size.

Due to our low production runs philosophy, we do not guarantee that by the time the exchange is processed, the alternate size may be available.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
